This describes how Chasa actually works today. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — treat it as a plain description of the service, not a binding legal contract.

What Chasa is

Chasa is a tool that drafts payment follow-up emails from invoice details you provide. The free tier includes a limited number of AI drafts per month; a paid plan removes that limit.

You send the email

Chasa does not email your clients. Drafts are for you to copy, edit, and send from your own inbox. You're responsible for what you send.

No guarantees

The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty that a draft will get you paid or suit every situation. AI output can be wrong — review before sending.

Acceptable use

Don't use Chasa to generate abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content. We may restrict access that violates this without notice.

Your content

You own the invoice details you submit and the drafts Chasa generates from them. We don't claim any rights over that content beyond what's needed to process your request and provide the service — see Privacy for how that data is (and mostly isn't) retained.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chasa and RELACON GmbH aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including late or unrecovered payments, client relationships, or reliance on AI-drafted content. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 for free accounts.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the billing period already paid. If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you and give you a chance to update your card before the subscription lapses.

Termination

You can stop using Chasa and cancel any paid plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the acceptable-use terms above, or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to the service, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll update this page and, for signed-in accounts, note it in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes that can't be resolved informally fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
